The said event delivered centralized government services at the urban poor community fulfilling its theme, "Pinagsama-samang Serbisyo, Para sa Tao!"

This program serves as one-stop-shop of services for the people, especially to the urban poor sector, to avail different government and non-goverment services like health, legal, education, employment, housing and others.
